Denckash's Quest Log - A Goliath's Mushroom

I stumbled upon an encampment of Goliaths. They held camp on the stream. I was not able to go through or around, there was at least 75 or so and were quite imposing. I spoke to a female Goliath named Gae-al. They told me they sought a mushroom called Wizard's Bane. I know from my knowledge in nature that they grow in caves and caverns. Luckily, the Goliaths were able to let me know there was a cavern some 2 hours to the east that their scouts found.
