Hi-diddly-hi! I wanted to delve a little deeper into the lore and background of this exploration, so I present to you all, the first of many in a series chronicling the quest log of Denckash.

Day 1 - 1st Day of the First Blade - Explore the Province.

  • I have decided to take on the task of making a personal map of the province of Susshannah to better survey the land to find a permanent settlement for clan Lancatrixican, while I love living off the land and my whereabouts being a mystery, I see the elderly and children suffering. The injustice of the Duchy of Scheck knows no bounds.

  • I would lose my head weren't it attached to my body. In an unfair stroke of luck, I seemed to have forgotten to grab my scimitar on the way out. As annoying as it is, if this is the worst that happens to me today, I will consider it a good day. This stalls my travels by, at least, an hour.

  • I retrieved my sword and was able to make it back to the gate without any serious delay. In a strange wind, a tattered cloak came into my possession, there was a note inside speaking of the local guard increasing presence after a collision with a traveling merchant and a farmhand. This must have been the receiver's cloak. It doesn't tell me anything else, so it will either be used as a fire starter or maybe I will hold onto it, I haven't figured it out yet. It is of no surprise that the guard in whatever region this was in was doubled, whispers from all over the province were speaking of increased guards due to the recent uprise of displaced people from the south. Then again, if I could discern where this is, I may be able to smuggle some goods in and turn a quick coin (New Thread: Personal Correspondence).

  • I completed the first 6 miles of my journey and the only thing I have seen so far is a pair of Fan Tailed Geckgons failing at scaling a log. I tried to stop and help them but the little beasts ran off. I wasn't going to terry much longer. I am a druid, but I am also on a mission. Maybe next time. It wasn't their fault, I spooked them by stepping on a branch that snapped.
